Les believes that being an HR Consultant means finding solutions for clients and being there when you are most needed. Experienced in working for SMEs, Charities and not-for-profit organisations he has also spent 20 years as an HR Director in further education.

He is Chair of Governors at a large Primary / Junior School and a Trust Governor for a London HE College.
